Soul & Sea was started by Brittany and Jermaine Houser. Jermaine pushed Brittany into exploring the option of having a restaurant with 2 cuisines under one roof: seafood & soul food. After opening the doors in July 2017, a devastating fire destroyed the restaurant and crushed their dreams. After a full year of rebuilding, they perservered and reopened in July 2018. Fast forward and their second location is now open on the Southside of Pittsburgh.
Soul & Sea is all about the community and giving back. It was the community that helped us push through and rebuild, and it is the community that we will continue to provide quality food and give back to.
